Payment method and timing:

- If you would like to purchase a custom-made product or pay in installments, we will confirm your order by paying a 50% deposit within one week of placing your order. The remaining 50% will be transferred one week before the scheduled delivery date.

- As this product is made to order, it will take approximately 4 to 8 weeks from the time your order is confirmed.
- Custom-made products vary depending on the content, so we will inform you individually.

Regarding returns and exchanges:
If the size does not fit <br>If the ring size does not fit, we will resize the ring by 2-3 sizes for free for the first time only. Please have your purchase details ready and contact us via the contact page. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when sending the product. Please note that some products, such as full eternity rings, do not support resizing. Please contact customer service for details.
If the delivered product is damaged
We take every possible measure to inspect the product, but in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, such as one that was damaged during shipping, we will replace it. Only unused items can be exchanged, and only upon request from the customer. If you receive a defective item, please contact customer service within 15 days of receiving the item.
Additionally, as all of our products are made to order, it may take approximately 4-8 weeks for replacement items to arrive. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the product and its accessories (ring box, certificate of authenticity, etc.) to the address specified by KYRAH Customer Service, cash on delivery.
Product Repair: If the item is damaged while being worn, please contact KYRAH Customer Service for repair. We will inform you of the cost and repair period.
